Cells and Committees

At Kripalu Mahila Mahavidyalaya, we foster student leadership and development through a decentralised approach, where various cells and committees play an essential role in the smooth functioning of academic, cultural, and administrative activities. These bodies facilitate the students in taking on responsibilities, gaining real-world experience, and contributing towards the growth of the institution.

Each group operates with clearer objective of ensuring a disciplined and supportive environment, while encouraging creativity, teamwork, and community engagement. Through their active involvement, students not only strengthen their skills, but also contribute to creating a vibrant and dynamic college experience for all.

INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) constituted under the PoSH Act, 2013, works to prevent sexual harassment and ensures a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment through awareness, grievance redressal, and compliance measures.

ANTI-RAGGING COMMITTEE

The Anti-Ragging Committee ensures a ragging-free campus through preventive measures, prompt intervention, and awareness initiatives, safeguarding ensuring student well-being and upholding compliance with University Grants Commission regulations.

STUDENT GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE

The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) at Kripalu Mahila Mahavidyalaya ensures fair, transparent, and timely resolution of grievances, while promoting a safe and inclusive campus environment.

CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

The Campus Development & Resource Management Committee (CDRMC) oversees the strategic planning, growth, and maintenance of campus infrastructure to support a sustainable and future-ready learning environment.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE

The Social Responsibility and Sustainability Committee advances institutional values, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility in line with NAAC Criterion 7 through green initiatives, outreach programs, and inclusive practices.

PLACEMENT CELL

The Placement Cell provides career guidance to the students, works to enhance their employability, and facilitates training, internships, and placement opportunities through structured engagement with industry.

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

The Alumni Association at Kripalu Mahila Mahavidyalaya maintains strong connections, strengthens alumni relations, and supports the growth and development of currently enrolled students through an active and supportive network.

PUBLICATION AND MEDIA COUNCIL

The Publication & Media Council oversees official communications and publications, highlighting the institution’s academic and cultural initiatives across print and digital media.

INCUBATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP CELL (IEC)

The Incubation & Entrepreneurship Cell (IEC) drives innovation and entrepreneurship by providing a supportive platform for idea development, offering expert mentorship, skill-building programs, and access to essential resources for aspiring innovators and start-ups.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CELL

The Research & Development Cell nurtures a vibrant culture of research and innovation, encouraging faculty and students to explore new ideas, cultivate innovative thinking, and pursue excellence in their scholarly endeavours.

ATTENDANCE COMMITTEE

The Attendance Committee monitors and reviews students’ attendance, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines and promoting regular attendance. It functions under the Academic Council, which reviews and authorises its policies to ensure alignment with academic standards.

EXAMINATION COMMITTEE

The Examination Committee is responsible for the efficient, transparent, and fair conduct of all examination-related activities in accordance with established regulations. Functioning under the guidance of the Academic Council, it oversees examination processes and implements policies that uphold the institution’s academic integrity and quality standards.

ACADEMIC COUNCIL

The Academic Council is the principal academic body of the college, responsible for ensuring academic excellence through strategic planning, regulation, evaluation, and recommendations related to curricula, admissions, student activities, and other educational matters.

IQAC CELL

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) ensures a culture of quality as a primary concern of Higher Educational Institutions through the systematic implementation and integration of initiatives undertaken with internal and external support.
